My name is Barbara Frone and I welcome you to my blog. I pray that my walk with God will encourage your heart and that God will bless you for every step you take towards him. God has a plan for each and every one of us and if we will earnestly seek him every day, he will not only show us his plan for our lives, but he will live it through us. DON'T JUST THINK, KNOW WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST

"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need."  Hebrews 4:16

"The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion."  Proverbs 28:1
If you have accepted Jesus as your Saviour, you are righteous.  Your sins were put on Jesus on the cross, and as soon as you believe that, Jesus' righteousness is put on you.

The reason the righteous are bold as a lion and come boldly to the throne of grace is because they are secure in who they are.  They got it that they are righteous in God's eyes forever and that because of the precious, perfect blood of Jesus that was shed on the cross for their sins, their sins will never be brought before God again.  In fact, God cannot see through the blood of Christ.  All he sees when he looks at us is the precious blood of his precious Son, Jesus.

Don't just think you are righteous, know you are righteous!  If you know. you won't be full of pride because you know you are righteous because of what Jesus did, not because of anything you did.  If you know, you will not be shy, because you are a prince, a priest, a child of the Most High God, and he said you can come boldly to his throne of grace.  If you know, you will be humble, because you know it's not you, but Christ living through you.

If you would just get this truth once and for all, you would be so secure in who you are in Christ that it wouldn't matter what people were flinging at you, you would be able to just shake it off and go on doing what God has put on your heart to do.
